Jessica Simpson Bought Back Her Billion Dollar Company and it Means the World to Her
Over 16 years ago Jessica Simpson launched her highly successful shoe line. Sequential Brands Group Inc. had a part of the company but in 2005 Simpson told Footwear News her plans to buy back the reminder of the company. She wanted to gain full control of the company.
Now Jessica told Footwear News "It means the absolute world to me to be able to take over complete ownership of my brand," Jessica told the outlet. "After 16 years in business, I feel ready to meet this next exciting phase with open arms. I know the sky is the limit when my mom, our incredible team and I lock into our customers completely."
Not even the pandemic was able to stop The Jessica Simpson Collection, in fact, the sales increased and they have reportedly earn over 1 Billion dollars in revenue.
