Kathleen Francesca Honors The Complexity Of Womanhood

It’s not every day that someone like Kathleen ‘Frankie’ Franceca emerges onto the scene – willing to highlight the often untold stories of battered women in America. With over a decade of career experience leading workplace teams through training programs of higher education, the holistic businesswoman is famed for her humanistic approach to cultivating excellence within others. As a survivor of domestic-violence, Francesca has never backed down from the opportunity to create justice for brave communities of women that raise their children alone.

21% of all mothers in the United States are raising single & multi-family households without a father figure present in the family eco-system. “The real-life numbers of displaced women are terrifying,” expressed Francesca. “As women, I want us to harvest enough collective, personal power to prove that we are more than a number. We will not be brought down by the generational cycles aimed to tear us down.”

The philanthropic warrior already has an international fan base highly anticipating her 2025 memoir release, ‘101 Letters To Valentina’. The sentimental body of reflective writing is to be dedicated to Francesca’s only child and beloved daughter, Valentina. Throughout the trajectory of her career traveling across the world, connecting with notable figures of altruistic causes - Francesca has accrued universal life experiences that she now plans to discuss in order to connect with new, global readers. “Memoirs, by design, are a candid glimpse into an author’s inner workings,” revealed Francesca. “Motherhood is difficult to navigate without community, and so is success. Women are isolated where they should be celebrated; ‘101 Letters To Valentina’ will address the bravery needed to change the world from within.”

At its inaugural 2024 Awards ceremony in partnership with KNEKT TV Los Angeles, GURU Magazine recognized Francesca as ‘Wellness Entrepreneur Of The Year’ – alongside the royal Princess of Norway, that is. Kathleen’s philanthropic presence in LA’s network of communities speaks for itself; the empowered single mother maintains relationships with the county's most generous organizations of women’s healing. “When my career began, I was raising my daughter on my own,” shared author, Kathleen Francesca. “Valentina’s earliest memories are of her mother facing the world with a body of armor. Everything I’ve ever done has been to see her smile.”

Passionate about leaving her mark on society long after she’s gone, Kathleen Francesca is as authentic as they come. The New York native is a fierce leader in the wellness industry, leading alpha women by example as she ventures into new business projects as a successful entrepreneur. Her business expertise has been built from a formula of mixing organizational mapping and future forecasting – now innate to her after many years serving in executive leadership roles. In The United States, 1 in every 3 women has been the victim of relational violence – making it imperative for the subject matter to be discussed with vulnerability, transparency, and a willingness to listen. Kathleen’s podcast, ‘A Glass Of Wine With Frankie’ will launch in February, 2025 – and will feature guests from eclectic backgrounds of communal change. “My podcast platform will host influential figures that can be admired by my audiences,” said Francesca. “Everyone is welcome to come on this journey with me. Women in Los Angeles deserve a hero.”
