She sported a rocker girl outfit, consisting of a white Beastie Boys Licensed to Ill 1987 Tour T-shirt that allowed a glimpse of her belly, paired with a black full-length trench coat, matching leggings, and platform lace-up boots.
The 44-year-old celebrity publicly announced her pregnancy on June 16 during a Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles. In a playful nod to the band's hit 1999 music video "All the Small Things," Kourtney held up a sign that read "Travis I'm Pregnant" while the drummer and the rest of the group performed on stage.
Kourtney already has three children, Mason Disick (13), Penelope Disick (10), and Reign Disick (8), from her previous relationship with Scott Disick.
